Dale Adamski

Dale has been nothing but a driving force for our commercial team since he first started at Joyland. He uses his 20+ years of commercial roofing and project management skills to keep our commercial production team crunching through all the work that comes their way! He’s well acquainted with running large roofing jobs and juggling multiple demands at once. Dale knows what a perfect job looks like. He has been trained by representatives from the two largest low-slope roofing manufacturers Firestone Building Products and Carlisle-Syntec Systems.

He understands warranty requirements very well, and knows how to put any roof system together from start to finish. From our team’s first day on site to the final clean up and inspection, Dale ensures that the systems we deliver are stamped and approved to keep our clients safe for the long term. And who knows – if you’re a gamer you may have even met him online!
