Vickie Jones

Vickie is the HR & Accounting Manager at Joyland Roofing and has been with the company since February 2024. Before joining Joyland, Vickie worked for a local non-profit as the Director of Administrative Services.

She is responsible for HR functions such as onboarding new employees, payroll, answering any questions the employees may have related to their pay, benefits or any human resource concerns. She is also responsible for Accounting functions related to payment of vendor invoices, supporting questions from the vendors about payment or invoicing, as well as general bookkeeping duties. Vickie is also involved in Administration, helping leadership to ensure that the company has good, solid processes and systems in place to ensure efficient day to day operations.

In her personal time, she enjoys camping, being outdoors, traveling to Florida, and spending time with her husband, three beautiful grandchildren and one precious great-grandchild. She is involved in dog rescue and currently has three rescue furbabies that are spoiled rotten. She attends Thrive Community Church in Lancaster with her husband and enjoys being a part of the Vision Committee, with a vision of being the hands and feet of Christ to serve our communities.
