    Joyland Roofing is looking for a Residential Roofing Consultant to help homeowners through the roofing process with clear communication, honest guidance, and quick follow-through.


    Our purpose is simple: to transform the customer experience in the roofing industry.


    This role is responsible for taking assigned residential leads through consultation, inspection, estimating, follow-up, and project handoff. You’ll help customers understand their options, provide accurate quotes, create full-scope work orders for sold jobs, and work with the production team to help each project finish well.


    What You’ll Do

    • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally
    • Show up on time and prepared for scheduled appointments
    • Inspect roofs and gather the details needed for accurate estimates
    • Send finalized quotes within 2 to 3 days after inspection
    • Follow up consistently by phone, text, and email
    • Set clear expectations so customers always know the next step
    • Follow Joyland’s residential sales process and checklists
    • Create clear, complete work orders for sold jobs
    • Work with the production team to support a smooth project handoff
    • Stay involved after the sale to help make sure the work is completed with quality and care

    Joyland is looking for a Window and Door Production Team Member who takes pride in quality work, serves customers well, and helps keep window and door projects moving smoothly.


    Our purpose is simple: to transform the customer experience in the windows and doors industry.


    As a Production Team Member, you will work alongside the crew to help complete window and door projects with care, cleanliness, craftsmanship, and a strong focus on the customer experience.


    You will help with jobsite setup, loading trucks, protecting customer property, installing products properly, communicating respectfully with customers, and supporting the team throughout each project.


    What You’ll Do


    • Communicate with customers during the job in an honest, professional, and courteous way
    • Help customers feel confident in Joyland, the crew, and the work being done
    • Bring customer questions, concerns, or requests to the appropriate team lead or manager
    • Communicate any potential added work, repairs, or issues to the project lead before moving forward
    • Help make sure customers understand that any major changes or added charges need approval before work continues
    • Protect the customer’s property and help maintain a clean, orderly jobsite
    • Help load trucks and make sure tools, materials, and supplies are ready for the day
    • Keep track of tools and supplies and report needs when something is missing or running low
    • Work efficiently with the crew throughout the day

    Joyland Roofing is looking for a Project Manager to help lead roofing and siding projects from start to finish with strong communication, technical knowledge, and a commitment to doing the job right.

    This role is responsible for making sure projects are staged properly, completed safely, installed correctly, and delivered with a 5 star customer experience.


    What You’ll Do

    • Oversee roofing and siding projects from start to finish
    • Stage jobs properly so crews can work efficiently

    • Perform quality checks throughout the project
    • Inspect completed work to make sure it meets Joyland standards
    • Coordinate final inspections with manufacturers when needed

    Job Summary


    The Logistics Hauling position is a crucial position for a few reasons: Our project managers rely on you to get things done right, done on time, so that they can do their jobs well. Good fulfillment of this role results in project managers who can maximize their roles of leadership and getting jobs done early! If this role is not fulfilled well, people in the field end up waiting, slowing down work, which of course affects the company and our clients directly. While you are not the one shaking hands with clients, you do influence their experience with Joyland!


    Critical Skills:


    Skill #1: Maintain safe driving.
