Frankie Lesher

Frankie joined Joyland in 2020, starting her roofing experience as an inspector gathering details for our sales team. She quickly learned the importance of maintenance and what can go wrong when a roof is insufficiently installed, or just outdated. Frankie then spent over a year with our Residential Sales team, building relationships with individual homeowners. She learned the smaller nuances that come with a roof replacement, and enjoyed guiding our clients through this process with ease. With success in sales, she has since shifted her focus to our commercial team.

As our Business Development Coordinator, she is focused on helping property managers, insurance providers, and other real estate managers find cost-effective solutions at Joyland. In her free time you can find Frankie either reading a book with knitting needles in hand, or digging into soil and tending her many plants.
